I have had both a reiki session and two guided mediations with Angela, and they were both amazingly effective. I met Angela the first time when we were working at the same event. I was feeling particularly achy after a long week and psyched that Angela was doing sessions on site. The reiki was very relaxing and I honestly found myself dosing off a little bit, even though I was in a large event room filled with people. The session left me feeling refreshed and healed. Since then, I have attended Angela's group guided meditation, which was also fantastic. Meditation is something I know to be important and beneficial, but also struggle with. With Angela's guidance I was able to do two very effective sessions that left me feeling clear and confident that I can move forward and master meditation. Angela is very warm and approachable, with great vibes. Her kind and sincere nature takes the pressure out of attempting these important practices. She is a true soul doctor.
